Products
Body Scrub: Apply desired amount to palm and massage gently onto your body using circular motions to remove dead skin cells. Allow the scrub to sit on your skin for a bit. Rinse off thoroughly and pat dry, or, to seal in moisture, follow-up with a Renascential body oil and cream of your choice. Do not use on broken skin.
Body Oil: Shake gently before using. Apply generously all over body during shower and then rinse, or add directly to bath water and soak. To seal in moisture, apply to wet or damp skin directly after bathing or showering. Follow up with a Renascential body cream of your choice.
Body Cream: Apply daily to quickly rejuvenate dry skin and hands. To seal in moisture and for best results, apply directly after bathing or showering before bed. For an extra dose of hydration, pair with a Renascential body oil of your choice.
Using as many natural and organic ingredients as possible is, and will always be, a main priority for us. Because our body creams contain water and our scrubs may come into contact with water while being used in the shower/bath, we must add emulsifiers and preservatives to these product formulations. Keeping our mission in mind though, we made sure to use only naturally derived options that meet COSMOS and ECOCERT standards.

Although we use natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting with your physician before enjoying any of our products if you are pregnant or nursing.

Please note that we aim to process orders very quickly once placed, so the window to edit or cancel is small. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email sales@renascential.com ASAP and we'll try our best to help you with your request.

For product and health safety reasons, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds (this includes gift cards). For items damaged in transit, we do offer product replacements. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us at sales@renascential.com within 10 days of receiving your order to receive a return shipping label, and return the product to us in the condition it was received.

Shipping
We do! Enjoy free shipping on every US order over $100.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your order (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification and tracking number. We appreciate your patience and support!
If your package gets returned to sender, we'll contact you to rearrange shipping. (Note: You'll need to confirm your address and pay for shipping again, which may be more expensive than your original payment.)
Please make sure to check all locations: front and back doors, porches, side doors, garage areas, and with your neighbors. Occasionally, mail carriers will mark packages as delivered 24-48 hours in advance. If after 48 hours of receiving the notification you still do not have your package, please contact your local mail carrier.
